Last few times I've gone to the gym its been locked, asked for it to be opened but different pe teachers have different ideas of if we're actually allowed in.

7,7,7,7,6mins with 70secs recovery between. Find these sessions mentally tough, made worse by Tom not being there. However a new Tom was about the same standard so that was good. First two were comfortably hard. Third one getting tough, fourth was on my own and having stomach issues, the sixth was painful.

Long run in the Forest. Got dropped off by Bramshaw gold course then ran into King's Garn. Seemed to be a never ending amount of people walking sadistic hounds. Got chased multiple times which left me with some lactic acid. Then headed to Ocknell then Cadmans pool then Fritham. Enjoyed it after the dogs.

Very scrappy orienteering. Map was outdated with regards to the vegetation and north lines. Moving out of controls without a good enough wide picture of the leg. 10 was in the wrong place so lost time here. Didn't allow for this with my bearing to 11. Pleased with 14 and how my legs felt.

Twelve continuous laps of one hundred on one hundred jog. The session wS supposed to be ten fours off a minute but it was hanged so people weren't hanging around in the recoveries getting ill. Also the bends were dead slippery as a result of the minging conditions. Was struggling to get the cadence by the end.

Warm up, leg extensions, med ball sit ups, goblet squats, warm down.
Lunch stops being served at 1.40, it is run by boring people.

Just as I was heading out spotted a car acting very suspiciously just watching the house, then kept pretending to leave but didn't. Walked past it, some creepy geezer sat in it. Went back inside and he drove off.

Jog to the sand dune via the golf course.
5mins on the sand dune.
Jog to Boltons Bench.
3 hill sprints.
Repeated steps 3-5.
Jog home via the golf course.
On the way home turned the headtorch off to live on the edge.
