First run back in Toronto. Started with printing a map to get to a place that I thought would be good for pole runs. (Running fast between poles, and then jogging, and repeating that)
Did that. 1 pole 1 pole. 2 pole 2 pole. 3 pole 3 pole. Acouple times.
Then did barefoot.
Then ran back.

I was dying to orienteer. So I printed out a map of the streets starting my home. Then I got Ian to draw controls. It was a bit farther than I had planned but, it's all training. About 2km of it was through snow, and it was exhausting and was very slow running. Fun either way!
