Treadmill run at the gym before work. Warm-up then 7x2 minute intervals with matching recovery but I'm too lazy to log those separately. Good times!

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Decided to head over to Puslinch for a wee spin on the trails after work. Some kind-hearted folks had done some of the heavy lifting and ridden a good chunk of the singletrack in the past 24 hours so conditions were really good.

What was not so good is getting home and not being able to get back into my house via the garage, despite Andrew's assurances that the keypad was working just fine. Me thinks I need to hide a key somewhere!

With Mrs. Tiny slip-sliding all over the Grand River trail. We debated not doing this for a variety of reasons (some legitimate, some whiney), but as per usual, was glad that we got out!

Cycling 55:00 [4]

RPM Class at Good Life. Not sure if I was just working harder than usual or it just felt like it as I'm not yet 100%. Either way, HR was higher than normal for the whole class.
