Not surprisingly, there were a ton of sandal-wearers in Mexico and I will admit it has inspired me to get back on this bandwagon on a semi-regular basis. Last week I tried hitting my treadmill completely barefoot and my feet stung for two days afterwards, so today I wore my five fingers for an easy jog. Takes a few minutes for my ankle joints to warm up but really like the feeling once I get going.

Great session in the pool hosted by Angry Seagull. Everyone else has already written details so I don't have to. Always nice to have the opportunity to get together for something like this. Thanks for organizing AS!

Was very annoyed at not being able to race today in the beautiful weather, so tried to get out for a wee tour in Puslinch around 5:00 p.m. My heart and brain really want to train but my lungs aren't so sure yet. :(
