HOLT. Heart spike 1:10 into it, on the bike. Lasted 10 min. Run was terrible- heat, felt like heart rate was spiking but Garmin says otherwise. Damn watch was locked on swim so didn’t get good split data, and more importantly was flying blind during the race except elapsed time
