Running (Trails) 1:15:00 [3] 11.4 km (6:35 / km) +30m 6:30 / km

Easy longer run up to CTC and back by trail. Felt lazy from the beginning but finished okay! Right knee had the usual ache but survived!

MTC Swim with Coach Stewart. warm up - 200 swim, 200 pull, 4 x 50 build. Main Set - 5 x 100 IM, 5 x 200 descending 50's, 5 x 100 IM, 4 x 200 pull, breathing, 3/5, 5/7, 7/9 & 7/5. 100 pull 5/3

Felt good and swam second for 200 swims. With draft was swimming 3:40 to 3:45.

MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Warm up - 800 mixed Main Set - 800 swim / kick with fins, 800 pull with paddles, 800 50 easy/ 50 fastest Cool down - 100 breast/back.

Form seemed to be improving after Sunday's epiphany. Arms, legs and back are good! Ice seems to be working. Fast 50 time was about 0:53 to 0:54 but made 0:50 on the last one.

Easy run after work. Legs did not feel great but covered the distance. Burn - 370 kcal.

Core and weights after running. Mostly arm weight work!

Coached swim with Stewart. Worked on bilateral breathing and got perfect form for 25 m but had trouble holding it.

Cycling (Wind Trainer) 1:57:00 [3] 38.5 km (3:02 / km)

Cycling with Coach Johnny B. Tough sets and legs did not feel great but was able to generate high power.
