Orienteering long (Adventure Run) 1:31:00 [3] ** 9.0 km (10:07 / km) +120m 9:29 / km
spiked:16/20c shoes: Montrail GTX25

Hard Rock O Training Event. Moderate snow and cold conditions was both a blessing and curse. The hills were difficult to descend but the swamps were all frozen. Easy run through the woods breaking trail most of the way. The navigation was not tough but long, typical of an adventure run. Traveled cross country generally off the beaten path. The area was well known as I set an event there once. My knees and back were taking a beating from jumping creeks. Felt good for run along the road back to the car. Slick conditions in the woods were tough on the feet.

MTC Swim. Warm up -300 mixed 200 pull, 2 x 50 build main Set 100 swim, 200 pull, 300 swim, 400 pull, 500 swim, 400 pull, 300 swim, 200 pull, 100 swim. Cool down - 400 swim with fins, 200 breast/back easy.
Technique was so so. 500 m time- 10:30, 300 m - 6:10. Should be faster but held things together.

Tough game! Down 5 to 1 we came back and won 8 to 7.

Having trouble holding my form together. Swimming about 1:00 for 50 m.

Easy trail run! Felt tight going out but okay on return. Burn - 270 kcal.

Coached Swim with Stewart. Bilateral breathing work. My technique was not bad but my head was a bit low comment by coach.

Cycling 1:52:00 [4] 38.5 km (2:55 / km)

MTC cycling class with Coach John. Lots of power and time trial sets. Felt okay and held out for the entire class.
