HILLS - double si - 1:34 first lap, 1:43 second lap
first lap up si, lots of downed trees to run around but on the first of two laps it was just drizzling. once 1/2 way up it was crazy windy and i was waaay under dressed, thought about stopping but pushed on to the top and froze the whole way down. on the way up however i felt good, my heart rate is suprisingly low while running uphill. i fell into this comfy level 2 hr zone and just autopiloted it. i was running as fast as i would climb in a race. feeling good about the 13,000 feet of climbing in the hurt 100k.

i was so cold after the first lap i had to sit in the car for 10min to warm up. headed out with more clothing one this time and felt great. i could tell i was slower but i got into a zone and didn't care. pretty good consistent runnin. the trail was a river on this lap, just nasty.

combined the two downhills of my mt si double - first down was 34 minutes, second was 36 min. felt fine, no knee pain but it was so cold that may have masked it!
