Last LSD before Ottawa, woot woot!! Ran 16k along our usual route which I really enjoy. Took the salt pills and they seemed to keep the calf cramps away.

Better than the track so no complaints here.

1k warm up
5k tempo run and 2.5 of it was up hill.
1k cool down.

Ottawa is sooo close now. All of our hard training will be paying off very soon.
