Okay, I am going to bitch a wee bit. Taper week should NEVER include staggard start. Suppose to run our race pace but I just can't do that because I hate to lose so I went faster than I normally do and it just tuckered me out by the 5th lap which meant the final lap was pretty slow. Reward was great though, nachos, drinks and got to hear all about the 10k race some of our group members ran on Sunday. So proud of all of them :)
