Really solid run, felt cruisey for first half, then kicked in, still with one person with about 600m to go, kicked hard (maybe too early in retrospect as i died with 100m to go), but won by 12 seconds.
Pleased!!!

Pleased as running completely on feel (e.g., not checking the 200 split - and had wanted to be running about 76 on the 4's and 3.30 overall, so good judgement.

Felt really comfortable, break seemed to freshen me up a bit, concentrating on not flapping my arms.
