Running long 1:11:00 [2] 15.6 km (4:33 / km) shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Run - river loop (with a little bit cut off).
Mixed feelings with calf/achilles, but generally ok - one odd patch after 35mins or so, and then better. Still not right. but will keep going for a bit.
Running38:30 [2] 8.2 km (4:42 / km) shoes: Brooks Adrenaline
Hooray - out for a run, and things feeling not too bad. Achilles seemed ok, a bit tight in the outside of my lower calf - but that is a bit more normal for me - and doesn't scare me anywhere near the same as a sore achilles (probably shouldn't say that as now i'll do something to my calf ...)
Hope to get back into training now, and finally start to get it past the 4-5hrs a week mark - and yes I've said that before ...
