Solid tempo round the lake, saw oscar running occy (on the bike) so raced them for the last few blocks, they had the first bit but I pushed through to take out the last one.

4x(3min hard 1 min cruise 1 min hard 1 min cruise) at KP,
pushed the last minute cruise so stopped at 6k. Pretty uneventful run.

Warm up to kings park, recoveries and warm down.

3x1200m + 1400m. Aimed to hold a steady 3:30 pace and not go too much quicker, and was pretty chuffed with how comfortable it felt, Times:

Easy run round kings park then the lane ways with occy. Right knee pulled up sore after the weekend, so might move first interval session to wednesday
