slept 16 hours straight
did a bit of stretching when i woke up but my legs feel fine after the weekend, my head still feels like its been in a vice for the last 3 days :(
hopefully resume training on wed

felt like crap, headaches constantly feeling hot then cold,
took like 6 parasetamals before :)
First bit in the dunes was straight forward was 1st untill the 2 last control made a minute mistake and ended up coming 3rd to basil and alex
was happy with the result dispite my condition.

Did my heart rate mon up a bit tight so i kinda restricted my breathing.
Maybe 15-20 seconds faster as i had to turn around 2times and a dog kinda attacked me and it was VERY dark.

Orienteering race (November classic (inter)) 55:19 [4] **** 9.2 km (6:01 / km) +150m 5:34 / km

Came 2nd to peter bray
ran pretty well despite having about 3 hours sleep the night before, after frans 18th, lucozade style red bull is good stuff!
Took a bit too long getting into the map lost about 3 minutes in total due to not having a good plan or just bad route choice i played it safe on a few of the river crossing going round rather than being caught out lost a bit of time tho.
Did tape up on feet way too tightly couldnt feel feet for the whole hour :(
