Oh man so I started with 15min on eliptical. I was on resistance 15, elevation 20 and at five min my knee was feeling funny so I put the el to 15 I think. Aprox. And that didn't bother my knee. It was so tough def int. 5! Then 3x sets of situps and arm pull thing machine. And then knee machine and this other one which was pretty cool! So it was a really tough workout! :)

We weren't done on the eliptical and these old ladies kicked us out. :p we were supposed to go for 1hr 1/2
