just ran home from belmont after school. think it is about 10km ish from memory. felt realy good considering it was the first day of school.

MAJOR SCREW UP. the first half was good the rest was horrible. ran straight passed my number 8 and from their the course went downhill (not literaly). eventualy found 8, lost my map on the way to 10 after falling over a log so then i wlaked around looking for my map. eventualy gave up and went back to the finish

legs were a bit sore esspeshaly my calf probly from the lack of streching but was fun bit of everything did on of the map memory with tam.

orienteering (night champs) 55:00 [4] 6.1 km (9:01 / km)

cant remember my exact time but made about a 5 min mistake at number 3. chris beat me by about 30 secs

all by my self because their was no one to go with took it slow so that i could save myself for the hogwarts challange in the afternoon

once again just made up the time

slightly above average for both of them felt like i was running resonably good in the loopy things but that wasn't the same story in the peg relay which was kind of slow

time sounds good enough, might have been a bit longer

just made up the time u can abuse me if u think that it is way off

contouring was all right but forgot to punch some of the controls that i passed

relocation was good apart from one of them cant remember which one though

a bit better than yesterday but skrewed up on the direction of the gullys

good yet slow good number 1 but then had a MAJOR blowout at 2 (20.19mins for a 250m leg)
then went a bit slow

had a good run mum came back from short 4 min's behind the burkholtz's.
i managed to catch that up my dad went out at the same time as peter and made a dizmal effort in the finish rezulting in our defeat

felt realy good apart from my calfs that felt incredably tight
