MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix, 4 x 50 catch up board, 200 pull, 4 x 50 kick, 8 x 25 desc. Main - 5 x 50 fast, 200 swim long, 250 fast, 200 pull, 5 x 50 fast,2 x 100 fast, 2 x 100 catchup / swim 10 x 25 fast.
50 easy
Okay on speed 50 on 0:54, 250 on 4:44 & last 100 on 1:54

MTC Swim Warm up - 2 x 100 mix, 2 x 100 pull, 2 x 100 bk/fr, 4 x 50 desc. Main - 500 swim, 5 x 100 pull/swim alt., 4 x 50 catchup / board, 4 x100 desc, 400 swim. Cool 8 x 50 bk/fr, bk/fr, 50 easy
Technique seemed a bit better. 500 on 9:49, 100s down to 1:49. 400 sucked on 8:10 but googles leaked. Started to find head position in warm up.
