Southside run with Prong from his place. Mawson-Isaacs-across Farrer, up Mt Taylor.

Was pumped after Jules' run in Tio and it was a pretty nice mornign so a good run all up. Got a bit excited up Mt Taylor and popped by the time I got to the fire trail at the top of the concrete path.

Back doing the final run test for a physiology study I was helping with ages ago. Not sure if the data will be usable but Im getting some more free 2XU gear out of it :)

Anyway, same again, a structured 12mins warmup followed by a 5km TT on treadmill. Then an hour stationary rest and do it all over again. You can't see the speed of the treadmill and just have to ask for faster/slower.

I hate running on the treadmill and I was feeling shit so posted some bloody slow times, both 19.07
