Back doing the final run test for a physiology study I was helping with ages ago. Not sure if the data will be usable but Im getting some more free 2XU gear out of it :)
Anyway, same again, a structured 12mins warmup followed by a 5km TT on treadmill. Then an hour stationary rest and do it all over again. You can't see the speed of the treadmill and just have to ask for faster/slower.
I hate running on the treadmill and I was feeling shit so posted some bloody slow times, both 19.07
