Tuesday Oct 20, 2015 #

Hilly normal run around the roads. Beautiful afternoon.

Monday Oct 19, 2015 #

Running (Easy) 35:00 [3] 6.5 km (5:23 / km)

Nice evening terrain run. Just cruisy to get back into training. Nice that the days are getting longer now!

Sunday Oct 18, 2015 #

Street Orienteering 36:00 [3] 7.5 km (4:48 / km)

Street-O at Rangeville. Very steep course, not helped by the fact that I picked a shocker of a route. Knew I'd picked the worst route, so just had to run as hard as possible to make it up. Not feeling too bad,but not amazing either. Ready to get back to training though.

Running race 10:09 [3] 3.0 km (3:23 / km)

3000m at QSAC. Was not too enthusiastic about running a race after two weeks of being sick, but good opportunity to at least post a time, as I have to do a TT anyway. Nothing special. Might run it again next week after a week of training. Fun running under lights though!

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]
