Your GPS track shows the pain. I skipped a 4 control loop last spring in CA & wasn't aware til nearly an hour later when I finally downloaded after finishing with family doing white. Sprints can hurt more ways than one.

Ha ha! You guys are getting too old for this sport. Better get a set of clubs and join a country club!

Yep it takes a split second brain fart to blow a sprint.
But that's what it's all about.
No boring golk for me till I need a golkcart to haul my Sorry ass around to poke my balls around the expensive greens. Think I'll just hang out in my parks and gardens instead. There is no competition in golf, just meandering around the over watered and fertilized park.

And God forbid you should ever find yourself on a Trump-owned golk course, what then?

No I would never ever go to a frump dump golf course even in my oldest age.

He has so many double standards. After that debate now everyone who watched it knows what a loser he is. Can't buy your way into the most powerfull job in the world no matter how much money he has.

He was busted straight up!

Ha ha! Busted? Not according to all the on-line polls in this article.

...online polls depict a different outcome. Internet polls conducted by major media outlets overwhelmingly show Trump as the winner....a CNBC poll with over a million responses shows the Republican candidate winning with 67% to Clinton’s 33%; a TIME poll with about 1.6 million votes has him leading 55% to 45%; he is also ahead in a Fox News poll 50% to Clinton’s 34%....

As Bill Mahar says: 'Be afraid; be very afraid....'

Way too many sane people see what a fraud he is. Never wrote any kind of legistration for anything before. He just wants to profit from trying to be president of our country. How did he get this far in the first place? There can't be that many crazy people in the US that support him over a person who's time has come.

Might there actually be 50%?

No no no, there are too many people who see actually how bad he is and can be.
The first pres debate should of summed it up.
Would you really want some one who gets provoked into twitter fights with an ex miss universe have their hand on the trigger of a nuk. I don't think so.
