Note

Unfortunate no-workout day. We decided at the last minute to chance a potential break in the thunderstorms later in the day, so we set off to the OLOU sprint at UL. Heavy traffic on the northern part of 465, heavy again at the interchange with 70, threatening signs about very long backups at the construction on 65S. Got on 65 and then jogged off to get to a bypass route. OK for a short while until we found many people with our ideas that was made worse by construction on the bypass (US 31). After more than an hour driving 30 miles of 120, we figured that we wouldn't make the start window and headed home. Better luck next time...
