Running 54:03 [3] 6.8 mi (7:57 / mi)
rhr:46 shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS5

Tulare (Kehrli) - prosperity to enterprise to caldwell to prosperity. 3 separate dogs pestered me, including two faceoffs! Left quad a bit stiff. On starting out, righ lower abdomen sore (much more so than it has for the last month or two that I've had that 'startup' soreness), but went away within 500m. However, next day and through next week, still had that soreness on starting out to run (which I cancelled)

Running 53:24 [3] 6.8 mi (7:51 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS5

Tulare - Kehrli house, western, centennial (to west 1.5 mile?), back. Is this total time wrong? I remember about an hour, but watch splits (53:24, then up to 1:20) don't match... I'll call it 53:24. Three timed miles in the run of 7:47, 7:31, 7:55
