Hand Hollow West, planning to do hill intervals. I was thinking of going over to the east part of the conservation area, but there were some road workers at the intersection I'd have to run through and I dislike an audience when I'm on the road, so I decided to stay on the west side. Probably a good thing too since the hill I ended up on was steep enough for a first effort.

Set my FR to have me run uphill for 2:00, then rest/recover/downhill for 3:00, which I walked or jogged very slowly. I probably could have done with a shorter rest period. Did 4 repeats. The last recovery period was used to walk farther up the hill, so the cool down run distance is a little longer than the warm up distance.
Covered about 0.13 mi on each lap, with about 15-18 m of climb in two sections -- the first part steeper and the other part less steep but still uphill.
