Run to track, some more laps with Mike (just like old times) and then some strides and then home (with Mike and Rich). Felt ok on the run home till the last mile then the wheels started to come off.

Back to track - first time in about 8ish months. Rich G setting the early pace on the first few (and the last). 10 x 2.00m with 1 min recovery. Felt ok, going through 400m in 74 - 69.
