Run to the Uni track and then a session of 10 x 400m with 1 minute recovery. Felt nice and floaty on the first rep and then realised I had overcooked it. Steadily slowed but then rallied for the last few. The hardest I have worked in a while. Reps were:

Had musical accompaniment from one of the University colleges. They were learning to do a dance to Cotton Eye Jo. Couldn't get this out of my head all day.
