Laps around Rosalie Park. Not too sore but felt so very unfit. On my first time across the ovals I was thinking "so this is what it feels like for a non runner to try to run". Improved a bit but probably still felt more like a tempo run than an easy run. Back went again trying to take my shoes off afterwards.
