already shot better then before with 15 rounds standing at 75 feet within 1/2 inch. much different so need to adjust more. puts a little bit of stress on the shoulder which I can hopefully get rid of. shot 150 rounds.

ran easy to rest for the long run on Sunday.

did some hip flexor exercises and stretching.
