Not much time for mucking around, as had meeting to go to, and as there was no one else at the track, that helped a lot.

Ran there, did 5 laps, of 250 on, 50 walk, 100 recover, then ran home

Seeing I went soft yesterday, decided I needed to HTFU, so did a longer run.
At about the furthest point from home, bumped into Laurina, (red dot) who was having a map walk, and being a nice GF to some boy. It was this run last week, that I came across Brezza, wonder who it will be next week?
