First two reps of the morning session. First one was pretty good, no mistakes but I was the only one with the alternative gaffel which wasn't particularly helpful. Won the second one which was quite nice, basically sat on the back of Pete and then took a different route choice to the finish. Got there marginally in front of him, which is lucky because otherwise I might have a concussion at the moment.

The second half of the afternoon session. I didn't take long enough to look at #1 on the first loop, picked a bad route choice and then followed Ben into a dead end. Jogged it in after that becuase the rest of it was just through a park. Better on the second loop but I just didn't have the legs to compete in a fast finish. This mornings session was pretty easy but there was a bit of discussion that it can be good to practice just running flat out.

Some properly individual stuff to finish off. Some good courses from Toby although they were quite long so I only went for the second two. Ran the first one pretty well but I think fatigue got to me a bit on the second. I made a few execution and a few route choice errors where I just missed the best route choices or in one case made up a phantom barrier. As I said I think fatigue played its part a little, but I think it comes back to being disciplined if I need to stop or slow down to have more time to look at a leg.
