Several people doing the Tough Mudder tomorrow so there was a long group cool-down and I skipped the elliptical.

So, hooked to the stupid HRM, and trying not to get sweaty, I set a PR for two laps of the trail. Unfortunately, I am now breaking out in sweat and can't shower for 19 hours... (HRM has to stay on and dry for 24 hours.)
Rolled my foot at the end of Total Training yesterday and flexing it is still a bit painful. The thought of flutter kicks was changing my heart rate a bit, so I skipped the swim and did just the class. Probably could have done the swim instead, but both would have been too much.
Game 1: Led 8-0, Steve fought back to 17-18 where we stayed for twelve rallies before he won 17-21.
Game 2: 21-3. He was mailing it in at the end, trying to save his energy.
Game 3: Fell behind early and trailed 9-20. I fought back some, but lost 16-21.
4.5 hours sleep plus an hour of yard work in the sun 80 minutes before playing is probably not the best way to prep for a match with the best player in our group.
