First Half Marathon distance! YAY :D
Set out to do a solid 10-13km run, but thought I'd give the half a push. Not a flat route either! Went over suspension bridge and down the far side of the river, past asda to near temple meads, then back along harbourside to bridge valley road, through clifton, a bit of an extra loop in westbury and final triangle section of downs. Got drenched, but I think it kept me from getting dehydrated which is good.
Good tunes on iPod. Playlist a bit too short for this run though :o
