A medium paced ride with triathlon club. We got rained on ridiculously heavily. Few of us had enough kit, so we stopped at pub to let it pass.

8x25 Legs only (outstretched on side, to imitate gliding)

Drills were killers!! I think they'll help though.

Met Karl who sounds Irish, also Mech Eng, but a graduate. Might go to race with him next Tuesday.

I was pretty consistent tonight actually.
