Pissed off after driving!! Went for a blast on bike even though I was sooo stiff and sore from training and weights yesterday! Let off a lot of steam!

Swimming (Triathlon) 10:00 [3] 0.49 km (20:37 / km)

First leg of Triathlon. Much earlier start than last time. Wore the swimming top for first time... bad idea! Swallowed sooo much water and felt like there was loads of drag! Not disastrous, but wanted to do loads better.

Cycling (Triathlon) 37:30 [3] 20.0 km (32.0 kph)

Around about 37:30 (and distance is rough). Time given was 39:36 which included running from pool to bike transition, then the transition itself.
Transition went quite smoothly.

Bike section was a bit up and down in parts which made getting the right pace awkward, but I was flying. Got overtaken once (in last 200m). Wind was vicious but I dealt with well. Overall really really pleased! And only had new bike for a week!

Very smooth bike to run transition. Left shoes on bike.

Run was good. First 2 laps were grim! Felt awful after getting slight cramp in calfs on bike.
Last 2 laps I picked up the pace.

Race Number: 155

Beat Mr Rands by 27secs! Get in there :D

Aim for under 1hr 10 next time (or beat Mr Rands PB of around 01:09:30)
