Steady run. First 18mins was quite easy, and as I got to shakeley mere, I raised the tempo and did quite a fast lap, followed by a quick last k home.

I was planning to do an "easy session" but the mad traffic sort of made me go dead fast. on A50 to townfield road I averaged around 40km/h... well over 1k

Spinning the legs to get rid of lactic acid... felt like i was starting to cramp up when i got home so unusually long warm down.

T2 onto run. Pretty quick! Shoes left on bike, into no lace up trainers with helmet and glasses off in one motion :D

Off bike into the run, usual route, and I was really pleased with the time. At about 2-4mins in I got really heavy legs, but managed to run it out, and felt good.
