3 exams in a row so needed some lone time to destress. I headed off to backwell along some roads I haven't done since 1st term. Went round airport and back along A38 for a bit. Very speedy and safer when only 1 rider I feel.
The weather is amazing! It's a shame I'm slap bang in the middle of exams...

Heart rate is probably so high cos I've been eating revision junk for last week... gotta tone it down. Felt better after first half hour of ride.

Haven't been out for a while on bike or run, so decided I'd do a decent length. Again, I got about 40mins in and decided I'd turn it into half marathon no.2
It was a big circle today. Headed down Parry's ln past dingle and somehow made it onto a golf course which brought me back to civilisation near Filton Airport. I then ended up going through Horfield leading me to the centre. Ran along docks, up bridge valley rd and round downs the opposite way to usual.

Rained the entire way. Mainly a light mist, but enough to make me drenched by the end.
