Cycling tempo (TT practice) 1:33:02 [4] 50.9 km (32.8 kph) +120m

Forecast of rain/thunder in afternoon so I went for morning ride.
Tottered over to where Wednesday TTs start and set out at race pace.
Managed to complete course in 26:00 (could be as low as 25:48, but unsure of start line). This is my new best time. Avg speed 37kph.

Then did a warm down section followed by some more Time-trialling with avg 33kph for 19km section. Felt on good form today.
