Fell on "damp" roundabout... again!!! Same as my September crash. Even got the same injuries. About halfway round route. Finished nicely though. Handlebars were bent, but went back into place thankfully.

Nice ride though. I'm definitely a lot fitter than last time I rode with them. It's good fun stretching them out a bit :)

Nice sunny loop because cleaners arrived... To Middlewich, then along back roads behind Sandbach. At this point I sorta didn't really know where I was :P
I found my way to Brereton, then headed over to Mow Cop, again trying to stay off main roads. I managed Mow Cop. It's got some evil steep bits :( but I took the easier ascent up which smoothed it out a bit...

Time trialled quite a bit of flat sections cos I had my bars on, hence the overall fast pace. Pleased with ride, even if I did get a little bit sun-burnt :o

10mile TT practice after I decided to fit my aero-bars on bike again. Stupidly went clockwise cos cows were coming down townfield lane so had to stop at a few junctions :( Fast though! :D

Second day in Wales. Cycled from Trescastle (bunkhouse) to Newport to watch girls in the velodrome. Nice route with evil climb about halfway, but really nice and sunny again!

Longest ride ever! Trip to Brecon Beacons. Really nice and sunny. Did 88km loop and stopped at bunkhouse to refuel for 15mins then me and marc soloed the evil climb of the day totalling an extra 55km

Finished DMP early, all handed in! YAY! So I went for a celebratory run by myself to Ashton Court (maybe along a bit of mtb track cos I thought it was the footpath...) then I lengthened out with my regular new section that goes past cinema. Nice run. Bit sore at end, but stretched loads so should be fine.

Very nice day for most of ride (apart from sideways wind and rain across Severn Bridge! Almost knocked me off bike).
We went north to Wales to Tintern Abbey. It was a really nice route actually and basked in the amazing sun for a bit too!

First half of England game was shite so I went for a run at half-time. Went round Downs, down bridge valley rd to river. Along Docks past new super-yacht, Mogambo (£100million+). Pretty damn cool. Back up Whiteladies via Westbury. Pissed it down with about 2km left. Ended up sooo drenched!!!!

Me, Hugh and Matt. Joined by James about an hour in I think. Fast first section and then lots of hills, followed by barely making it back.
Stupidly switched gps off for some epic descending.
