Training on astro, was actually really helpful even though it was mainly aimed at the backs! Good old Hough :D

Swimming in Day 6 games. Did lengths. 6x100 + loads of random stuff amounted to around 1k...

Got back from swimming at five to 4, so raced over to sports hall to find no one from running club was there. Got changed quickly (top on inside out for whole run :/)... Didnt see them at fields or whole way to Weaverham... Found out they were on the astro the whole time!!
