Haven't run in ages!!! Was ill for 2 weeks pretty much and been busy or too lazy rest of hols, so today felt the need to get out and do something. Quite muddy even though it was mostly on the roads. Felt good to be out. A little bit longer than usual. Went on normal route but extended it on spur of moment.

After making cake I thought I'd be fine to swim and it is too much effort to explain that I don't want to do cos got a cough... so yeah did it and nearly died under the water. Coughing whilst trying to breathe and swim is quite frankly anything but hilarious :/

Local derby. Brutal game! Put in some sound tackles and definitely feeling those hits now. All worth it though, won 6-0! Two epic kicks from TC :)
