Had a kick-around with some kids as part of a birthday party Zoe was attending. Spotted that there is one specific motion - stretching out with my right foot to intercept or control the ball - that leaves my ankle at about 130 degrees, and causes my right achilles to be contracted (and, soon, slightly sore). Virtually never go for this with my left. Beginning to understand why the right is the sore one now, having started to play footie again this year...
