Walk to the lake, back through Shafran. Actually saw another Strider in the flesh, for realz. While I've seen plenty of random persons on my forays from home, its been quite a while since I've met a friend somewhere other than via the internet. Was nice while it lasted... Hopefully social runs come back soon, I've never considered myself a terribly social type, but I do miss them...

Note

Had hoped to get out for something beyond my morning walk with such nice weather. But spent most of the day digging out more garden space and hanging out with the chickens. I have to be present while they poke about the yard lest the local redtails get them.

Didn't quite make my weekly goals but i suppose that's ok since there isn't anything on the immediate schedule that I'm training for. But I would like to keep the trend going in the right direction at least..
