Not as bad as it could have been. Splits tell the story. Hit my 1st 2 splits. Wheels fell of miles 3-4. Mile 5 felt much better and gained some of the losses back. Not enough. The whole 413 crew passed me by during 2-3.

Worth noting if I look back at this. I have no will to run fast. No fire in my belly. Race times will remain slow until I am willing to happily suffer again. Another note: still 5lb overweight.
