Running (House loop) 1:23:10 [3] 11.3 mi (7:22 / mi)

Lot of climb during this run. 1st mile was 8 min warm up. Felt good to run at tempo. Pace was based on a two-two breathing pattern, no leg burn. The hills were the exception. Felt tired on last mile. Needed food.

6 min cool down after the 11.3 mile run.

Colder than a witches.....on the mountain this morning. I am sore from yesterday and my lower half was in rough shape. Took it easy, but my brain is in better shape than my body.

My goal was to complete 8 x 800. I still have a cold and my energy level sucked by the 4th 800. Knee tendon still an issue.

Finally kicking cold, but have pink eye, LOL. Felt better after rest. Although I didn't run fast, I felt comfortable the whole way, and that is good news, as if I am making gains. Knee tendon strain back with a vengence, however, it did not get worse during workout.
