Lot of climb during this run. 1st mile was 8 min warm up. Felt good to run at tempo. Pace was based on a two-two breathing pattern, no leg burn. The hills were the exception. Felt tired on last mile. Needed food.
Colder than a witches.....on the mountain this morning. I am sore from yesterday and my lower half was in rough shape. Took it easy, but my brain is in better shape than my body.
Finally kicking cold, but have pink eye, LOL. Felt better after rest. Although I didn't run fast, I felt comfortable the whole way, and that is good news, as if I am making gains. Knee tendon strain back with a vengence, however, it did not get worse during workout.
