Going to splash out and update this world wide website again.. First run since back from Aussie, been quite tired and shin still sore from Sprint Race which slaughtered it. Did piss ass in Aussie, so will save myself the embarrassment of logging all my races. Hopefully a masseuse or sports doctor has the answer to my shin so i can train properly for once. Just ran around prison and army easy flat jog tried to stay on grass for most of it.
