PM Warm up run at Elbow Bluffs.

Orienteering race 39:30 [4] 6.27 km (6:18 / km) +315m 5:02 / km

PM Orienteering race at Elbow Bluffs at 1:10000. Had a good race but felt a little tired on the hills but not bad. #1- hooked it but in all fairness the trail is not mapped correctly (I went back and looked at it)-20se, #3 left slightly in the wrong direction- 30sec, #5- though I was higher up the re-entrant than I actually was-20sec, #6- I thought the control was at the bottom of the earth bank, I might have saw the control if I was looking at the top, also the map was weird their not really showing as much contour detail especially the spur, I climbed too high, saw the trail and went back-1:20, #10- was a few contours too high and had to drop down-15sec. Total 2:45! Still happy with my race. Course distance was 5.5km. Nice day around 22C.
