Too nice a day to go to the gym, so I got the bike out. Nice ride along the river and then back on the bike path.

Woods, bike path and road loop that went across the newly finished bridge. It was nice to have the bridge closed because it eliminated all the traffic on our street.

Switched from Green to Red at the start. More than a hour on first control. Got too far west and then couldn't the yellow strip when I headed north to recover. OK the rest of the way except for 9 which I had to attack twice.Already over 3 hours so didn't do the last loop. It was time for lunch!
