shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 15

Good run around the Bois. Took around 15 minutes to get going, but after that felt like I ran very well - strong and striding out. Last 10 minutes a bit of a struggle. Both hips a bit sore afterwards.

Longchamp. First time on the bike for a while. Windy day but kept up a good pace at the head of a reasonable pack.

Morning run, for which I am not suited these days. Along the beach at The Hague. Did a pyramid of faster running on the way back - 1-2-3-2-1 minutes with 1 min rest between each. Hard to do, but probably worthwhile.

Travelled to The Hague for work. Have picked up a cold on my trip back from Oz.

Quick run at lunchtime to try and get over the jetlag (arrived at 6.30am and straight into work). Surprisingly felt quite good on the run.
