Evening run around the Bois, to Porte maillot, down teh Champs Elysee, Concorde and back along the Sein. Good run, felt okay for most of it, until starting to tire with 10-15 mins to go.

Easy ride around teh suburbs of Suresnes and malmaison. First time on bike for many weeks. Felt okay.

Santiago, Chile. Great morning run around teh city centre. Twenty min warmup then 2 x 5 mins hard and 1 min easy. Felt great on the run for a change.

Santiago, Chile. Tough run in the heat (+30 deg). very hilly, or rather one major hill. Ran to top of Parque metropolitano in 45 mins, then came back down the long way and struggled home. Stopped about 10 mins short of hotel as I had just had enough by then. Overall, a good run, if very tough the last 20 mins.

Rode from Hackett to Aranda and then back with Hamish. Some single track through O'Connor Ridge. Will definitely buy a MTB when I get back to Paris.
