Joined the Y, so I now have access to all sorts of exercise toys to play with when I'm too wimpy to go outside when it's cold (although today would've been a fine day to be out).

A walk and run on the indoor track at the Y. 14 laps to the mile. Walked the first mile with Janet, then ran a mile. Lots of left turns - just like NASCAR but not as noisy (or as fast).
