Lost track of the time. Felt sluggish to start but felt better as I went along, last ten minutes @ a faster pace and felt good. Foot better all the time
25 mins in the woods. Deer flies are out..dammit! Foot felt a little tight at the start but loosened up. Feels better when i concentrate on relaxing it, almost feels like I have been clenching my toes. All seems good!
Did this on the trails as Rx'd by Spaff. Did it in road shoes as @ he moment need ing the extra support.Legs a bit sluggish the first 10 min but came around. Foot didnt feel too bad at all. followed up wih some core work
